There is a new option for counting, sorting and rolling coins here at ABC Office. This is the new model ABC110 coin counter. This new machine is both affordable and accurate. It features a hopper capable of holding up to 1600 coins (dimes) and counts coins at a speed of up to 270 coins a minute. We are the manufacturers of this new machine and can service / support it.
Basically you dump the coins into the machine and let it do the rest. There are two different holding trays you can use with this machine. The first option is to use coin drawers that hold pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters. These drawers can then be used for bagging the coins.
The second option is coin tubes. These tubes are used in place of the drawers and can be used for rolling coins into shotgun style tubes. The ABC110 comes with both the drawers and the tube sorters. Stop by ABC Office today and check out this new coin counter. You can find it by clicking here.

Not every school, office or church has volumes of excess space to place permanent furniture. Many rooms are used for multiple purposes. In an office, one week a room may be used to make a sales presentation and the following week it may be used as a conference room. Stackable chairs are a great way to make the most of limited space.
Stackable chairs come in all shapes and sizes. Some are made from metal, covered in fabric or vinyl, where others are basic and made from plastic. Some stackable chairs can stack anywhere from 5 to 10 chairs high. Color selection and design options are broad with stackable chairs from ABC Office.
Our stackable chairs look very professional and fit in with most office environments. They don’t look like those cheap white plastic chairs used on a patio. We currently have over 19 different models to choose from. Stop by and take a look at our great selection. Keep in mind that we do offer discounts on bulk purchase just in case you need to fill an entire room with chairs. You can find ABC Office’s selection of stackable chairs here.

Magazine racks and display racks come in all shapes and sizes. These range from floor standing to wall-hanging designs. Although these are available in different designs, they are also available in different materials. The most common materials used in building display racks are plastic, wood and metal.
The least common of the three is metal. This isn’t because they are ugly or don’t work, but most metal display racks are created in a wire design. These styles are commonly used for displaying books, DVDs and other material for resale. They are not as common for displaying magazine and brochures. The most common color for metal display racks is black, although some chrome designs are available. You can find our metal display racks here.
Plastic display racks are commonly found in office lobbies, grocery stores, churches and schools. They are good for use with multiple products and are especially popular due to the transparent properties of the plastic, which makes it easy to see material. Magazines are especially popular for use with plastic (acrylic) display and magazine racks. They come in wall mounted, corner and desktop designs. You can find our plastic magazine racks here.
Wood display racks and magazine racks fit in very well with an office environment. They look very professional and match well with existing furniture. You can find wood display racks in floor-standing, wall-mounted and countertop designs. Wood magazine racks fit in well with a lobby, waiting room, church foyer or business office. You can find our wood display racks here.
Some magazine racks are available in a combination of wood and plastic. Buy your display rack today by going here.

Finding a good employee time clock can seem difficult. There are so many models to choose from. You’re in luck. I have used several models and will point out some pros and cons on various employee time clock models.
The first type of time clock, and perhaps one of the most common, is the punch card time clock. This model utilizes paper time cards. People can slip the card into the machine and punch in and out. Punch clocks are available in vertical load and horizontal load, depending on your preference.
The pros of the punch clock are that they are very simple to use and set up. The cards can be easily accessed and the data is clearly visible. Punch-style time clocks are also usually cheap and inexpensive. The cons are that the data cannot be exported to a computer and buddy punching can be an issue.
The card swipe is fast becoming the employee time clock of choice. Cards, similar in appearance to credit cards, have employee data encoded on them. This card can then be stored in a wallet or hung on a lanyard. The card is swiped to log in and out of work. Most card swipe clocks can be easily interfaced with a computer and data can be exported for use with QuickBooks, ADP, PAYCHEX and other payroll software.
The pros of the card swipe employee time clock are that the data is accurate and they are easy to use. Exported data is especially of benefit for use with other programs and for generating reports. Cons are that the cards can be lost, however, they can be easily replaced. Card Swipe time clocks are probably the best all-round solution for a business’s time attendance needs.
Newest to the industry are the biometric time clocks. These time clocks do not use a punch card or a PVC card, rather they use a hand or fingerprint. Technology has finally caught up with the industry to make this a possibility. As with the card swipe clocks, most biometric employee time clocks can be interfaced with a computer and data can be exported for use with other payroll software.
Biometric digital time clocks have many pros. They are easy to set up, there are no lost cards to replace and buddy punching is completely eliminated. The cons are that some of the older models out there may require a finger or hand to be scanned multiple times before working correctly. This is not an issue with newer models.
You can find ABC Office’s entire selection of employee time clocks here.

Scrapbooking is certainly nothing new, but it continues to grow in popularity. We often get questions from customers asking which of our paper cutters are best for scrapbooking. I can understand why this may be difficult, especially since we literally have hundreds of models available.
To help narrow your search, the two most popular scrapbook paper cutter categories are rotary paper cutters and arm paper trimmers. Both types of cutters are compact, portable and easy to use.
Rotary paper trimmers use a round blade to cut through paper and are very precise. Arm paper trimmers use a single blade that is pulled down with a hand. The cutting action is similar to that of scissors. Arm cutters are also accurate. Between the two types, rotary paper cutters are more popular.
Rotary paper cutters are the most popular types of paper cutters because they are so versatile. They can be used to cut decorative paper, photographs, borders and more. Some models of rotary cutters, such as the Carl RT-200, have interchangeable cutting blades with different patters. Patterns include a wavy cut, a zig-zag cut and much more.
Here is a list of some popular rotary paper cutters used by scrapbookers:
Carl RT-200 Trimmer
Rotatrim Professional Series Trimmer
Carl CC-10 Trimmer
Carl DC-210 Trimmer
Dahle 550 Trimmer
Happy scrapping!
